Woodford Finds Groove in 7-1 Gatineau Triumph
The Gatineau Draveurs topped the Laval Insulaires, 7-1, in Ligue du Baseball du Quebec action at Insulaires Field. The standout performance belonged to Gatineau pitcher and Brampton, Canada, native Roger Woodford. Gatineau is now 16-21, Laval 12-25.

Gatineau starter Roger Woodford was a master of his craft. The right-hander allowed 1 run on a miserly 3 hits over 9 innings with no bases on balls.
