Late Rally Earns Nipissing 2-1 Win
Nipissing Air Marshals starter Luis Delgado pitched a strong game against the Thunder Bay Sleeping Giants at Thunder Bay Grounds, leading the Air Marshals to victory, 2-1. Getting the save was Kekeletso Mahao, his 3rd. Nipissing has a record of 16-23, placing them last in the Ontario Baseball Association Ontario North.

Nipissing used the timely hitting of Carl Legrow to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Air Marshals on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Makes our job easier," said Legrow, "when our pitchers shut the opposition down."
