Lachute pitcher Wing-tat Tsao had a large part in his team beating the Thurso Bucherons, 6-0. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Tsao yielded no runs over 8.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 5, and struck out 5. His record improves to 6-4. The loss makes Thurso 15-29.

The Supercalandres got a gift in the top of the sixth inning, when they were leading 1-0. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Yoshiharu Watanabe reached on an error by the 2B, driving in 1 run. It made the score 2-0, Lachute.
