The Thurso Bucherons picked up a win at Bucherons Grounds, taking down the Gatineau Draveurs, 5-4, in 10 innings. On the mound for Thurso was right-hander Corey Lang. He played a central role in the triumph. Lang got the win, improving to 8-5. He gave up 10 hits and walked 4 over 10 innings. He allowed 4 runs. Thurso is now 28-22.

In the bottom of the tenth, Miguel Santiago came to bat with the game in the balance. And he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single off Gatineau pitcher Newton Ashe.
