The Niigata Hakuchoh used the hitting of third baseman Lorenzo Medrano to subdue the Fukushima Kamome, 8-5. For the game, Medrano was 3 for 4 with a triple and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Lyndon Wilson picked up the win with 9 innings of work.
