Thurso beat Levis on the strength of starting pitcher Marco Martínez's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 5-3. Thurso is now 38-34. Levis is 38-34.

David Randall drew 1 walk in 4 plate appearances for Thurso. With two out and the game tied in the bottom of the eighth inning, Randall had a clutch at-bat. Facing Levis hurler Enrique Hernández, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run to give the Bucherons a 4-3 lead.
