Bonebreakers Collect 7-6 Win Over Wild Pigeons
The Pickering Bonebreakers reigned over the Kitchener Wild Pigeons in damp conditions.

The Pickering Bonebreakers overcame a good performance by Kitchener catcher Santiago Medrano to knock off Kitchener, 7-6, at Bonebreakers Park. Medrano was 4 for 6 with 4 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Pickering bumps their record to 35-39 with the win.

Pickering got a clutch hit from Elía García. The third baseman launched a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 12th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"It was a solid team effort," said García after the game.
