The Aomori Hotaru got a superb performance from pitcher Hideyoshi Kawashima, but the Sabae Megane-ten still won the game, 8-6. Kawashima came in in relief and pitched to 22 batters. Sabae bumps their record to 45-53 with the win.

Perseo Reyna helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 8-0, Megane-ten.
