Wild Pigeons Earn 4-3 Win Versus Wheelwrights
The Kitchener Wild Pigeons wiggled past the Markham Wheelwrights, 4-3, at Wild Pigeons Stadium. The win was highlighted by the performance of Kitchener pitcher Manuel Martínez. The first-place Wild Pigeons now sit at 63-41.

The Wild Pigeons nabbed the win, in part because of pinch hitter Ticiano Rosas. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered the game-winning run-scoring single.

"I'll play 10 innings, I'll play 20," said Wild Pigeons manager Ralph Ham. "Whatever it takes to win the ballgame."
