Batteries Suffer 5-2 Setback
Levis pitcher Enrique Hernández had a large part in his team beating the Halifax Batteries, 5-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The first-place Fourches now have a record of 63-45.

Levis grabbed control in the top of the eighth. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Ludovico Ramos delivered a 2-run single, to make it 4-2, in favor of the Fourches.

Ramos described the clubhouse as "strangely calm" after the game.
