The Thunder Bay Sleeping Giants grabbed a win, 9-5, over the Thessalon North Stars at North Stars Stadium. Thunder Bay left fielder Robert Judson went 1 for 2 with 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Cástico González earned the win for Thunder Bay. He lasted 8.2 innings, allowing 5 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 8-7.
