Viguería Lifts Trifluviens to 10-2 Triumph
The 10-2 Trois-Rivieres win over Levis was due largely to Pablo Viguería. The Trifluviens first baseman slugged 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. Trois-Rivieres pitcher Steve Noonan earned the win, hiking his record to 19-10. Zeru Manasses suffered the loss. With the win over Levis, the Trifluviens improved to 62-59.

Viguería had a key at-bat for Trois-Rivieres in the top of the first. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was his 29th home run of the season and gave Trois-Rivieres an early 3-0 lead.

"Scoring runs is scoring runs," said Trois-Rivieres skipper Don Jayne. "It's important to have different ways to do it."
