The Sherbrooke Privateers scooped up a win at Privateers Grounds, dumping the Lachute Supercalandres, 7-1. Julián Loya, who is tied for 9th in the LBQ in innings pitched with 280.2, was essential to his team's success. With the win, the Privateers improved to 74-53.

The Supercalandres had few good swings against Loya, the left-hander, who threw 108 pitches over 9 innings. He allowed just 1 run on 5 hits.

"I guess we'll all be a happy family for at least one day," said Loya.
