Palacios Hits 2 home runs in Fourches Win
The Levis Fourches beat the Halifax Batteries, 5-3, at Fourches Park. Luis Palacios, in particular, was impressive. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. With the win, the Fourches improved to 72-55.

Palacios had a timely hit for Levis in the bottom of the eighth. With Levis trailing 3-2, he turned a 2-1 cutter into a 3-run home run. It was his 19th home run of the season, making it 5-3, Levis.

Palacios said the win provided a "big morale boost" for the team. "There's a good feeling in the clubhouse right now."
