Barbo Lifts Tramantes to Win
The Sabana Grande Tramantes went home winners at Parquecito de San Germán, thanks in large part to starter Timothee Barbo. Barbo stifled the San German Hermosos, enabling Sabana Grande to grab the 4-1 win. After losing, San German is 1-1.

The Tramantes liked what they saw from Barbo. The 20-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Hermosos to 1 run on 5 hits over 9 innings, and striking out 6.

"Timothee pitched one heck of a game for us," said Sabana Grande manager Dave Nielsen.
