San Sebastian pitcher Mo Dunn had a large part in his team subduing the Las Marias Agriados, 3-0. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. San Sebastian reliever Mo Dunn got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Sabino Rosales was tagged with the loss. With the loss, Las Marias is 6-5.
Mateo Murrieta had a big run-scoring double for the Husares in the bottom of the fourth inning. With San Sebastian leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a slider from 22-year old left-handed pitcher Sabino Rosales and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 2nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Husares ahead, 2-0.
"It was a good night for them and a bad night for us," said Las Marias manager José Saenz.
