Idiofonos Get Win, Hope to Turn Around Slow Start
The Penuelas Idiofonos topped the Juana Diaz Principes, 3-1, in Liga Mariana Bracetti action at Parquecito de Peñuelas. The standout performance belonged to Penuelas pitcher and Carolina, Puerto Rico, native Darío Madrid. The loss has the Principes at 11-5.

Fergal O'Sullivan made an early impact for Penuelas when he stroked his 1st double of the season. The run-scoring double, which came with one out in the bottom of the third, put the Idiofonos on top, 2-0.

"Darío was throwing with conviction," said Penuelas manager Ramón Ortega.
