Calgary catcher Pascual Reyes had a 3-RBI game, which proved instrumental to his team beating the Vancouver Gas, 7-6. Reyes picked up 4 singles and 1 double in the ballgame. Calgary reliever Felipe Duarte picked up the win, upping his record to 8-6. Rory Beveridge took the loss. The second-place Chargers lifted their record to 38-26.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Reyes hit a changeup from Rory Beveridge for a run-scoring single. The Chargers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Winning is contagious," said Reyes. "We're looking forward to the next game."
