Arroyo Delivers Walk-Off Win for Cadavers
The San Marcos Cadavers picked up a win at Cadavers Park, dropping the Luling Lavender Stockings, 4-3. Douggie Hunter, who is tied for 10th in the EFBA in quality starts with 4, was the difference-maker. Hunter, now 5-1, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 4, walking 1, and allowing 3 runs. The win gives the Cadavers a record of 13-11.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Ignacio Arroyo in the bottom of the ninth. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off 29-year old right-handed pitcher Asdrúbal Perla to win it for San Marcos and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"Douggie is a gamer," said San Marcos manager Emanuel Salgado.
