Hollyhocks Walk It Off for 34th Win of Season
The Santa Fe Hollyhocks downed the Albuquerque Dukes, 8-7, in 11 innings at Santa Fe Stadium. Luis Santiago led the way, going 4-for-6 for Santa Fe. Daniel Thomson was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-1. The losing pitcher was Semónides Cataño. The Hollyhocks are now 34-32.

Santiago delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the 11th to win it for Santa Fe. In the contest, Santiago was 4-6 with 4 singles and a walk.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Santiago told the Santa Fe Citizen. "It's as simple as that."
