Ramírez Delivers Walk-Off Win for Werewolves
The Los Lunas Werewolves took Rhys Wilson's best shot and still were able to collect a win at Werewolves Park. The final score had Los Lunas getting past the Artists, 3-2, in 11 innings. Wilson over 9 innings allowed 2 runs on 2 hits, while striking out 9. The winner was Rafael Morales in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Ananías Jiménez took the loss. The win gives the Werewolves a record of 24-49.

The decisive blow was delivered by Modesto Ramírez in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a solo home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Ananías Jiménez to win the game for Los Lunas. The home crowd went nuts.

"I felt we were ready to go," said Los Lunas manager George Shoch. "Our pregame was pretty good."
