Taos Beats Los Lunas in 10-Inning Thriller
The Taos Artists beat the Los Lunas Werewolves, 8-7, in 10 innings. Taos right fielder Justo Santana, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 3-4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The Artists are now 61-41, while the Werewolves fall to 30-72.

In the bottom of the tenth, Lalo López had a chance to deal the knockout blow. And he did, punching a run-scoring sacrifice fly to center off Los Lunas pitcher Rafael Morales.

"We came out with clear minds and swung the bats well," said Taos manager Mateo Avina.
