The New Braunfels Yodelers picked up a win at Cadavers Park, knocking off the San Marcos Cadavers, 4-2. Starting pitcher Cristián Castillo was a big reason why. The save went to Britomaro Díaz, number 11 for him. New Braunfels has run its win streak to 8 consecutive.

Eufemio Viesca, who is tied for 10th in the FBL-EA in bases on balls with 49, took San Marcos hurler Javier Cortez deep in the top of the first. His 2-run home run put the Yodelers on top, 2-0. In all, Viesca had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"The clubhouse vibe is great," said New Braunfels manager Dave Combs.
