Salas Dominant in Yardmen Victory
Wichita Falls got a first-rate effort from pitcher Pablo Salas, who frustrated Amarillo hitters en route to a 3-1 Yardmen triumph at Yardmen Park. The third-place Yardmen now have a win-loss record of 66-65.

Wichita Falls starter Pablo Salas was a master of his craft. The right-hander allowed 1 run on a miserly 2 hits over 9 innings with no bases on balls.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Salas.
