Renny Now 21-12 After Subduing Insulaires
The Sherbrooke Privateers got a good effort from starter Tony Renny in defeating the Laval Insulaires at Insulaires Field. The final score was 5-1. With the win over Laval, the Privateers improved to 75-55.

Renny, a native of Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, was dealing all game. He kept Laval hitters off-balance, while giving the Privateers 9 quality innings. Renny threw 95 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 5.

"I like our moxie," said Privateers manager Humberto Reyes.
