Winnipeg starter Roberto Rosado ran into little resistance from Brandon hitters, as his team cruised to victory, 10-1. At 62-37, the Strikers find themselves in second place in the Plains League.

The tide might have turned in the top of the fifth, had not Roberto Rosado made a big pitch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and the Threshers trailing 3-0, he retired Arquímedes Gómez when the Brandon third baseman struck out.
