Vancouver turned a fine outing from starter Rory Beveridge into a victory over the Kamloops Fur Traders at Gas Field. The final score was 2-1. The Gas raised their record to 52-65.

Alfonso Santos was the walk-off hero for Vancouver. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Gas left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place went bonkers at the end," Santos said.
