Dominant Performance by Rosado in Winnipeg Win
Roberto Rosado, who is tied for 9th in the PL in innings pitched with 265.1, never let the Willows get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his slider, to pitch the Strikers to a win, 5-1. The last-place Willows dropped to 44-83.

Rosado, who dominated for Winnipeg, earned the victory to move to 16-11. He was in control the whole game, scattering 5 hits over 9 innings, while striking out 7. Saskatoon batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"Roberto has the heart of a gladiator," said Winnipeg manager Eduardo Rubio.
