Mennonites Lose to Strikers in Walk-Off
In the 4-3 Winnipeg win over Steinbach, the impact of Gabriel López was substantial. López, who is tied for 5th in the PL in triples with 4, was 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs. With the victory, the Strikers upped their record to 77-53.

The decisive blow was delivered by Germán Sanabria in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off 23-year old right-handed pitcher Esteban Hernández to win the game for Winnipeg. The home crowd went nuts.

"This place was rocking at the end," Sanabria said.
