Timoteo Contreras helped his team muscle past the Meadville Zips, 7-4. In the game, the Buffalo first baseman was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The loss puts Meadville at 9-9.

Contreras had a game-changing double in the top of the ninth. On a 1-1 slider from Marcelino Jaques, he banged a run-scoring double to right-center, giving the Hopper Boys a 5-4 lead. It was the 4th double of the year for Contreras.

"I'm just trying to capitalize on opportunities and be as consistent as I can every day," said Contreras.
