The Meadville Zips handed the Norwalk Maples a sound defeat, 12-1, at Syrup Park. Alfredo Pérez was a main contributor to the win. He went 1-1 with a home run and 4 walks. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 for Meadville. Meadville now sports a record of 32-19.
