Late Rally Earns Irondequoit 10-7 Win
The Irondequoit Peach Kings needed 10 innings to defeat the Utica Half Moons, 10-7, at Cookie Cutter Park. Irondequoit third baseman Arturo Valenzuela had a superb performance. He was 4 for 4 with a double, 3 singles, and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Irondequoit, now 26-28, holds down 4th place in the Eastern Great Lakes Association League of Lake Ontario.

Alberto Martín hit a run-scoring triple off Teófilo Aguilar in the top of the tenth, which put the Peach Kings in front, 8-7. Martín had 2 singles, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 3 for 6.
