Utica Gets 7-1 Win Against Hydropathists
|
José Arce was masterful in helping the Utica Half Moons take down the Oswego Hydropathists, 7-1. The Half Moons improved their record to 31-23 with the win over Oswego.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Draco Robles? The Utica catcher had a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Half Moons on top, 2-0. For the game, Robles had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"I thought we played a nice game," Robles told the Utica Citizen. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
