The Bayamo Rafagas and Manzanillo Martenos completed their game despite the rain.

The Bayamo Rafagas beat the Manzanillo Martenos by a score of 10-5. Bayamo left fielder Simeón Camacho deserved the lion's share of the credit. Camacho was 2 for 3 with a triple, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 3 times and drove in 3 for the Rafagas. Heráclito González, the winner, is now 16-8. He struck out 4 and walked 2 over 5.2 innings, while allowing 4 runs on 6 hits. Petronio Linares converted his 6th save in 10 tries.

Early in the game, Camacho had a bases-clearing triple for Bayamo. It was his 10th triple of the season and put the Rafagas on top, 4-1.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Camacho.
