Cleveland Rallies to 5-4 Win
The Cleveland Spiders knocked off the Louisville Colonels, 5-4, in Western League action at Eclipse Park II. Cleveland pitcher and The United States, native Fred Underwood had an outstanding performance. With the win over Louisville, the Spiders improved to 12-19.

The most important at-bat for Cleveland came in the top of the ninth inning, when shortstop John McGraw stroked a 2-2 curveball to center for a run-scoring single, putting Cleveland up, 5-4.

"What's not to like about a win?" said Underwood.
