The Barre Headstones firmly defeated the Burlington Lightermen, 14-4, at The Dock. The Barre offense was lit. Marco Chacón, for one, had a solid game. He belted 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 4 for the Headstones. Barre starter Sebastián Morillo was credited with the win after throwing 134 pitches over 8 innings. His record now stands at 7-4. The 'W' lifts Barre's record to 21-27.

Barre grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Chacón hit a 3-run home run off Lázaro Yáñez. His 3rd home run of the season put the Headstones out in front, 6-3.

"Marco has some easy pop," said Barre manager Édgar Huerta. "He's dangerous."
