D'Meza Deals Auburn 4-1 Setback
Bangor and Auburn duked it out and the River Hogs came out victorious.

Angel D'Meza was superb against Auburn. The right-hander, who is tied for 9th in the NNEA in innings pitched with 149.1, had a slider that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a River Hogs victory. The score was 4-1. Bangor is now 44-26.

D'Meza, who leaned on his slider, allowed 1 run on just 3 hits over 9 innings for the River Hogs. For the most part, Auburn hitters were simply overmatched.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said D'Meza.
