The Falmouth Submersibles electrified the crowd with a walk-off win.

The Falmouth Submersibles stopped the Winchendon Rocking Horses, 7-6, at OceanGate Memorial Stadium. The Submersibles got a big game from Gustavo Rivera, who went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Falmouth sits in last place in the Southern New England Association Massachusetts Circuit at 39-44.

Up to bat in the bottom of the ninth, 29-year old shortstop Arasibo Alfonso had a chance to be the hero. Winchendon pitcher Alfredo Guzmán had other ideas. But with one out, Alfonso hit a sacrifice fly. The Submersibles had themselves a dramatic win.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Rivera.
