Armando Cabañas Whips Spuds for #200
Armando Cabañas of the Nashua Gatekeepers will go down as one of the league's legendary pitchers after his 7-6 win today against the Derry Spuds.

"It felt like it was a postseason game, one out at a time," said his manager. "It was something special to see."

The 36-year-old Cabañas picked up his 200th career victory at The Potato Patch. He hurled 8 innings, gave up 8 hits and registered 12 strikeouts along with 1 walk.

"I've worked a long time for this," Cabañas said. "I can't believe it's really here. It feels great!"

Thus far in his career, Cabañas has put up a won-loss record of 200-185. Lifetime he has an ERA of 3.18, struck out 2149 batters and held opposing teams to a .258 batting average.
