Josh Cornaby pitched a gem to lead Buffalo to victory over the Erie Commodores, 5-1. At 31-39, the Hopper Boys find themselves in 4th place in the Eastern Great Lakes Association League of Lake Erie.

Francisco López drove in one run for Buffalo. In the top of the fourth, with the teams deadlocked, 1-1, López delivered for the Hopper Boys. His run-scoring sacrifice fly put Buffalo on top, 2-1.

"Josh set the tone," said Diodoro Dagnino, the Hopper Boys manager.
