The Ciales Guapetones could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Serafín Castillón into a win. Instead, the Aguas Buenas Testarudos prevailed, 5-2, in 12 innings. Castillón threw 9.1 innings of 7-hit ball. Roberto Ruiz snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 3.1 innings. He's now 2-0 on the season. With the win, the Testarudos hiked their record to 11-11.

Stephen O'Neill's hit in the top of the 12th was a game-changer. With one out, he rapped a curveball from Jaime Martínez to left for a run-scoring single. It put Aguas Buenas in front, 3-2.

"Big win," said O'Neill.
