The Adjuntas Beatos beat the Comerio Aranitos, 5-1, at Parquecito de Adjuntas. Starting pitcher Martial Boisseau was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. The 12th-place Beatos improved to 16-24.

Adjuntas got a knockout punch from Andrea Capellari. The left fielder hammered a grand slam home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"I really just tried to go out there and execute. Nothing fancy," said Boisseau.
