Rincon Maquinistas starter Oscar Hidalgo pitched a strong game against the Isabela Jerezanos at Parquecito de Isabela, leading the Maquinistas to victory, 6-2. The 'W' lifts Rincon's record to 25-24.

Rincon second baseman Fulvio Abineri contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the second. With two down, he hit a sinker to right field for a run-scoring single. It was his 34th hit of the season and put the Maquinistas ahead, 4-1.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Abineri told the Rincon News.
