Guaynabo registered a win at Parquecito de Manatí by beating the Manati Hoplitas, 6-5. Pitcher Britomaro Pérez was one reason why the Cazadores triumphed. Georges Perron picked up the win in relief for Guaynabo, while Juvenal Rosales took the loss. The 9th-place Cazadores lifted their record to 21-28.

The most critical at-bat came in the top of the 12th inning. With two out, Simón Jaramillo hit a 1-2 fastball from Juvenal Rosales for a run-scoring single. It put Guaynabo in front, 3-2.

In postgame comments, Jaramillo said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
