The Isabela Jerezanos picked up a win at Parquecito de Añasco, knocking off the Anasco Guerreros, 6-4, in 12 innings. On the mound for Isabela was right-hander Dagoberto Álvarez. He played a pivotal role in the triumph. The win went to Ramón Mairena in relief, making him now 2-0. Luis Colón took the loss for Anasco. The 9th-place Jerezanos sport a record of 23-28.

Isabela used the timely hitting of Jaime Torres to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 12th inning to put the Jerezanos on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
