The rain made it unbearable at times; nonetheless, the faithful who endured the elements enjoyed themselves.

The Sabana Grande Tramantes captured an easy win, 15-3, over the Guanica Panas at Parquecito de Sabana Grande. Calvin Dooks led the offensive barrage, going 3-for-5 for Sabana Grande. Sabana Grande pitcher Ladislao Pérez got the win, upping his record to 10-4. Lewis Campbell got the loss.

The Tramantes ran into trouble in the top of the fourth. The score was 3-2, Sabana Grande, with two down. Guanica, with runners on 1st and 3rd, had Mario Torres at the plate. With a base hit, he could have changed the complexion of the game. Instead, he struck out and the Tramantes went on to win.

The win puts Sabana Grande at 32-21 this season.
