Silvério Corga was a major contributor to the 7-4 Quebradillas win over Aguadilla. The Escondidos catcher went 1 for 2 with 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI. Primitivo Flores picked up his 1st save of the season. After today's action, Quebradillas sits at 34-22, while Aguadilla falls to 36-20.
The Escondidos got a big boost from first baseman Cedric Spencer who had a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first inning off Alevines hurler Mario Lemus. It was his 8th walk of the season and put Quebradillas on top, 1-0.
