Cochrane Brilliant as Agriados Top Jerezanos, 2-1

Ewan Cochrane was brilliant in helping Las Marias beat the Isabela Jerezanos, 2-1. Las Marias is 12th in the Liga Mariana Bracetti División Manuel Corchado y Juarbe with a record of 21-38.
The standout performance belonged to 17-year-old Cochrane. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Agriados. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Jerezanos, striking out 5 and scattering 2 hits over 9 innings. Cochrane is now 3-7 on the season.
"You try to throw strikes and keep the game within reach," said Cochrane.
