Partridges Get Past Saginaw for 4-3 Win
Amadeo Jiménez, who is tied for 3rd in the WGLA in innings pitched with 165.0, was locked in. The left-hander led the Alpena Partridges to a 4-3 win against the Saginaw Joes at Old Growth Forest. The last-place Partridges are 31-44.

Alpena used a timely hit from Ángel Pérez to get the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Partridges ahead, 4-3. It might've been his only hit, but it did the trick.

"We all want to win," said Pérez. "We all want to do our part."
