Commodores Win Nail-Biter
In a low-scoring game between the Erie Commodores and the Buffalo Hopper Boys, pitcher Justin Magee was the difference-maker. The Erie left-hander was tough as nails in the 13 inning, 3-2 Commodores win. Luis Toledo, now 2-4, was credited with the win in 2 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits, while striking out 2 and walking 1. Buffalo has now lost 4 straight.

Up to bat in the bottom of the 13th, 19-year old center fielder Seth Neumann had a chance to be the hero. Buffalo pitcher Alejandro Urbina wanted to foil that plan. But with one out, Neumann hit a run-scoring single. The Commodores had themselves a thrilling win.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Magee said.
